Dear Council Member,
This ordinance on sexual orientation and gender identity is dividing Fairmont, WV. It’s bad for business liability. And it’s bad for building bridges between different groups. Please Vote to Remove the 482 Ordinance from the City Agenda Indefinitely. Other West Virginia cities have already learned the hard lesson that there’s no need for this ordinance anywhere.
