The Family Policy Council of West Virginia (FPCWV) is organized as a 501(c)(4) nonprofit corporation. This legal structure provides us with the most flexibility for our work advancing, defending, and equipping West Virginia's families and so we prefer you to invest in the FPCWV. However, the IRS does not allow us to extend to you a tax deduction for gifts given to the FPCWV.
Along with the FPCWV, we also operate the Family Policy Council of West Virginia - Education Fund (FPCWV - Education Fund), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Investments in the FPCWV - Education Fund are tax deductible.
