*The Family Policy Council of West Virginia is organized as a 501(c)(4) nonprofit corporation which provides the most flexibility for us to advance, defend, and equip West Virginia's families. The IRS, however, does not allow us to extend to you a tax deduction for gifts made to the Family Policy Council of West Virginia. We also operate the Family Policy Council of West Virginia-Education Fund which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. If you prefer to make a tax-deductible investment, simply make your check payable to, "the Family Policy Council of West Virginia-Education Fund."
