In just a few days, 134 men and women from WV's 55 counties will take their seats under the words from Proverbs 4:7 - words chisled in the based of the WV Capitol, "Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore, get wisdom: and with all they getting, get understanding."

If ever there was a time for wisdom, this is it.  

Before a single bill is introduced, before the first gavel falls on the 2010 legislative session, and before a legislator sets their hands to matters of state, churches across West Virginia are taking a day to pray.
