5th Circuit Court Upholds Religious Freedom Law – LGBTQ Suffers Sobering Defeat

There are a few states in the union that have purified their Republican legislatures and removed the “moderates” from leadership. Those states have begun to pass protections for the elderly, women, entrepreneurs, job creators and for the business owners who wish to operate their store fronts without being forced to bow down and submit to the growing state-sponsored political craze called homosexual activism. Today one of our eleven Federal courts made a common sense decision and upheld a newly passed Mississippi law that prevents citizens of faith from being thrown into the street for refusing to lend their product or brand name to causes or events that violate their religious conscience. This is a major victory and it should serve as a reminder to the leadership of the West Virginia legislature that the need for similar religious freedom protections has not gone away in our state. The legislature begins in 28 weeks. #WVReligiousFreedom
